Chef W's knowledge of cuisine spans the globe and after many years of cooking, and her desire to recreate wonderful dishes, she decided to bring her recipes to the table and open her own catering company called Soul Boxx Catering. She first opened her kitchen in Toronto and has since then expanded to the Niagara Region with a second location.
